By layering paper and metal with real bits of Mother Earth, jewelry designer Laura Crawford from Tangerine Treehouse is making nature accessible in a modern way, with each piece telling a story that will inspire interest and intrigue for both wearer and viewer alike.
Leaves, bark and seeds have all found their way into Laura's pieces, and she mixes them artfully with sterling silver, copper and sometimes a scattering of beads.
The Victoria Necklace features a copper pendant that has been embellished with gold paper. Dried flowers are gilded and preserved, making the piece a treasured piece of wearable art.

The world of Kryzia Kreations is one that I had previously only heard of in fairy tales. But the beauty and wonder of jewelry designer Christina Paluszek's creations easily bring to life far-off places and whimsical fairy lands where elves, nymphs and gnomes frolic freely.
This Woodlands Bracelet from the Wild Whimsy Collection showcases a stunning bloodstone in a cradle of hand-carved leaves and delicate vines that encircle the wrist.
By combining exquisite gemstones and setting them within an intricate framework of gold & silver vines, leaves, nests and webs, Christina's is a world in which I long to get lost in.
